Privacy Policy

We care a lot about your privacy here at RTARDE. The following basic rules guide our actions:

If it’s not necessary, we won’t ask you for personal information. (We don’t like it when services ask for personal information like your gender or income level without hiding it.)

We only give your personal information to third parties when we have to follow the law, make our services better, or protect our legal rights.

The only time we keep personal information on our servers is when it’s needed to keep our website running.

Website Visitors

Like most website operators, rtarde collects non-personally identifying information of the sort that web browsers and servers typically make available, such as the browser type, language preference, referring site, and the date and time of each visitor request. rtarde’s purpose in collecting non-personally identifying information is to better understand how rtarde’s visitors use its website. From time to time, rtarde may release non-personally identifying information in the aggregate, e.g., by publishing a report on trends in the usage of its website.

rtarde also collects potentially personally identifying information like Internet Protocol (IP) addresses for logged-in users and for users leaving comments on our blogs. rtarde only discloses logged-in user and commenter IP addresses under the same circumstances that it uses and discloses personally identifying information as described below, except that blog commenter IP addresses are visible and disclosed to the administrators of the blog where the comment was left.

Gathering of Personally-Identifying Information

Certain visitors to rtarde websites choose to interact with rtarde in ways that require rtarde to gather personally-identifying information. The amount and type of information that Tarde gathers depends on the nature of the interaction. For example, we ask visitors who comment on our blog to provide a username and email address. Those who wish to receive rtarde updates via email, we collect their emails. In each case, rtarde collects such information only insofar as is necessary or appropriate to fulfill the purpose of the visitor’s interaction with rtarde. Tarde does not disclose personally identifying information other than as described below. And visitors can always refuse to supply personally-identifying information, with the caveat that it may prevent them from engaging in certain website-related activities.

Protection of Certain Personally-Identifying Information

Tarde will not rent or sell personal information. Except for its employees and contractors, Rtarde discloses potentially personally-identifying information only in response to a subpoena, court order, or other governmental requests or when it believes in good faith that disclosure is reasonably necessary to protect its property or rights, third parties, or the public. Suppose you registered with rtarde and provided your email address. In that case, rtarde may occasionally email you about new features, solicit your feedback, or update you on our products. We usually send this information via our product blogs, so we expect to send less email. We reserve the right to publish your support email or feedback to help us clarify or respond to your request or support other users. Tarde takes reasonable precautions to prevent unauthorized access, use, alteration, or destruction of potentially personally-identifying information.

Cookies

A cookie is a string of information that a website stores on a visitor’s computer and that the visitor’s browser provides to the website each time the visitor returns. rtarde uses cookies to help rtarde identify and track visitors, their usage of the rtarde website, and their website access preferences. Visitors who do not wish to have cookies placed on their computers should set their browsers to refuse cookies before using rtarde’s websites, with the drawback that certain features of rtarde’s websites may not function properly without the aid of cookies.

External Links

You should be aware that other Internet sites that are linked from the rtarde websites or from [bloginfo value=’name’] e-mail messages may contain privacy provisions that differ from the provisions of this policy. To ensure your privacy is protected, we recommend that you review the privacy statements of these other linked sites, applications, or other digital platforms.

Ads

Advertising partners who may set cookies may deliver ads to users on any of our websites. These cookies allow the ad server to recognize your computer each time they send you an online advertisement to compile information about you or others who use your computer. This information allows ad networks to, among other things, deliver targeted advertisements that they believe will be of most interest to you. This privacy policy covers the use of cookies by Rtarde and does not cover the use of cookies by any advertisers.

Comments

Comments and other content submitted to the Akismet anti-spam service are not saved on our servers unless they are marked as false positives, in which case we store them long enough to use them to improve the service to avoid future false positives.

Children

We understand how important it is to protect privacy when children are involved. We do not want to get personal information from anyone younger than 16, and we will not do so on purpose. The services we offer are not aimed at children. If you are under 16, do not use or provide any information on the website or through any of its features. If you believe that a child under the age of 16 may have provided us personal data online, we ask that a parent or guardian contact us at rtarde.

Changes to this Privacy Policy

Although most changes are likely to be minor, rtarde may change its privacy policy from time to time, and this is at rtarde’s sole discretion. Tarde encourages visitors to frequently check this page for any changes to its privacy policy. Your continued use of this site after any change in this privacy policy will constitute your acceptance of such a change.
